Marine Design and Delivery

What We Offer

We manage the development and delivery of marine projects across newbuilds and refurbishments, working directly with shipowners and leading the coordination of design, technical and project delivery teams.

Our role is tailored to each project. We can deliver services in-house or assemble and manage external specialists, ensuring alignment from concept through to execution.

  • We establish a clear direction for each project, defining spatial layouts, functional relationships and overall identity from the outset. Early-stage thinking is aligned with operational requirements, technical constraint. Early-stage work can also support tender and bid packages for shipyards.

    We work across the full range of marine environments, including accommodation cabins and suites, restaurants and F&B venues, lounges and bars, wellness and leisure areas, as well as crew spaces and back-of-house functions. Each is approached with an understanding of its operational requirements while contributing to a coherent overall experience.

  • We provide project management across all stages of delivery, ensuring that vision, design and execution remain aligned. Our role may include full project oversight or targeted coordination of specific workstreams.

    This includes programme management, design coordination, value engineering and the management of modifications as projects evolve. Where external consultants and contractors are involved, we act as the central point of coordination to maintain clarity and control.

  • We develop interior environments that balance identity, durability and performance within marine conditions.

    Interior design services can be delivered directly or through curated external teams, which we manage and coordinate to maintain design intent and quality throughout.

  • We oversee the design, specification and procurement of furniture, fittings and bespoke joinery elements. This includes the development of custom pieces tailored to the spatial and technical constraints of each vessel.

    We work closely with shipyards, suppliers and fabricators to ensure quality, consistency and alignment with programme and budget.

  • We can develop and coordinate signage, ensuring clarity, consistency and alignment with the vessel’s design and operational requirements.

    Our scope includes:

    • wayfinding signage
    • venue and identity signage for F&B venues and public areas
    • accommodation and cabin signage
    • operational and back-of-house signage
    • safety, statutory and cautionary signage in line with international maritime standards
    • coordination of graphic design, fabrication and installation with shipyards and specialist suppliers

    Signage services can be delivered in-house or through trusted external specialists, which we manage and coordinate to ensure consistency from concept through to installation.
